I decided that it was the perfect occasion to sew my own swimsuit.<\/p>\n<p>For the pattern, I decided to use <a href=\"https:\/\/fabricville.com\/en\/catalogsearch\/result\/?q=Vogue+9192\">Vogue 9192,<\/a> which I modified to show less cleavage. For the fabric, I used the Heavy Activewear in teal green. When sewing swimwear fabrics, it is highly recommended to use a Jersey needle in size 12 or 14 along with an all-polyester thread. This prevents skipped stitches.<\/p>\n<p>As a beach cover-up, I decided to sew a long kimono. <a href=\"https:\/\/fabricville.com\/en\/catalogsearch\/result\/?q=Vogue+9115\">Vogue 9115<\/a> is the pattern I picked. I highly recommend it as it is extremely easy to follow. There were so many great fabrics to choose from in the Spring-Summer collection. I had a hard time to pick! I finally decided on <a href=\"https:\/\/fabricville.com\/en\/catalogsearch\/result\/?q=ROMA+Rayon+Poplin+\">ROMA Rayon Poplin Print \u2013 Tropical navy<\/a>.
