\u00c0 chaque ann\u00e9e, mon projet de couture pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 est sans doute le costume d\u2019Halloween de mes enfants. Je commence habituellement \u00e0 coudre en septembre, car je dois en faire trois! J\u2019ai profit\u00e9 pleinement du fait que mes enfants sont encore tr\u00e8s jeunes et j\u2019ai donc d\u00fb choisir le th\u00e8me de cette ann\u00e9e: La Belle au bois dormant de Disney. Depuis que ma troisi\u00e8me fille est n\u00e9e, je savais que je les habillerais un jour comme les trois\u00a0f\u00e9es-marraines, Flora, P\u00e2querette et Pimprenelle.<\/p>\n

J’ai regard\u00e9 dans ma collection pour trouver le patron id\u00e9al. J’ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de confectionner la robe de The Building Block Dress<\/em> de Liesl Gibson d’Oliver + s. J’ai choisi une robe avec taille empire \u00e0 manches longues et jupe pliss\u00e9e sur le devant. \u00c0 cela, j\u2019ai ajout\u00e9 une cape r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 partir du patron 6998 de McCALL, qui est semblable \u00e0:<\/p>\n

J’ai visit\u00e9 le magasin Fabricville de mon quartier, situ\u00e9 sur la rue Par\u00e9 \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al, afin de trouver un tissu appropri\u00e9 pour les costumes. J’ai vraiment ador\u00e9 le look du satin et j’ai pens\u00e9 que cela donnerait des costumes \u00e9blouissants. Il existe une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de tissus satin\u00e9s parmi lesquels choisir:<\/p>\n

J’ai achet\u00e9 le satin \u201cMajestic\u201d and \u201cVentura\u201d trouv\u00e9 en magasin.<\/p>\n

Une fois les fournitures en main, j\u2019ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 les costumes tr\u00e8s rapidement. J’ai ajout\u00e9 une fermeture \u00e0 glissi\u00e8re \u00e0 l’arri\u00e8re des robes pour les rendre pratiques \u00e0 mettre et \u00e0 enlever, et du velcro pour attacher facilement les capes. J’ai ins\u00e9r\u00e9 deux boutonni\u00e8res \u00e0 l’arri\u00e8re des capes (juste sous le col pour qu’elles ne soient pas visibles) afin que les sangles \u00e9lastiques puissent passer et que les ailes puissent \u00eatre port\u00e9es par-dessus la cape.<\/p>\n

J’ai achet\u00e9 les accessoires (ailes, baguettes et bandeaux) \u00e0 3 $ chaque ensemble pour compl\u00e9ter l\u2019ensemble.\u00a0Ma merveilleuse belle-s\u0153ur Olga a fabriqu\u00e9 les petits chapeaux avec les restes de tissu!<\/p>\n

J’adore le produit final, j’ai ador\u00e9 les confectionner, mais j’aime surtout le bonheur que mes filles ont \u00e0 les porter!<\/p>\n
